What are your working hours and availability for calls?
Our team operates on India Standard Time (IST). However, we align our availability with U.S. business hours and are available for live calls and chat support between 6:00 AM and 1:00 PM Eastern Time (ET). This overlap allows us to communicate with clients in real time during the U.S. workday while continuing to complete accounting work outside of those hours.
How do you keep shared data safe?
We store all client documents in a secure, private cloud drive with controlled access permissions granted only to authorized users. Our team follows strict confidentiality protocols when handling financial information and client records.
